Planning Appeal – Brick End
In 2019 the local planning authority refused an application to create a caravan site on land in Brick End. However, the applicant has appealed against this refusal.
The Parish Council has appointed a legal expert to work on behalf of the parish, to present our comments as persuasively as possible to the planning Inspector.
Uttlesford District Council will be sending the Inspector all the comments and objections they received when the application was made. There is also a chance to send in extra comments on the appeal – the deadline is 20 July 2021. Please see updates on the Broxted Village Facebook page, and here, for the comments you could make to resist the appeal.
The Planning Inspector will be holding a public hearing but this is unlikely to take place until next year. When the Parish Council has more information we will add it to this website.
